主要从事工笔绘画、书法和文学创作。擅长水墨画、油画、水彩画、篆刻、声乐和摄影。
2002年1月，经国家人事部中国人才研究会艺术家学部委员会 ISQ 资质认证评审委员会和人オ评价指导中心严格审核，个人艺术作品通过ISQ9000A资质认证和 ISE 艺术品价值评定，并获“杰出艺术家”称号。
书法和绘画作品多次入选国家和国际大展并获金奖、银奖和铜奖。作品曾在澳大利亚、加拿大、日本、泰国、新加坡、香港、澳门和台湾等地展出，并被中国画研究院、北京荣宝斋、中国美术家协会、人民画报社、中央电视台、《美术报》社、山东曲阜孔子纪念馆、湖南电视台、澳大利亚翁真如慈善基金会和法国著名华人艺术家、美学家、教育家熊秉明先生（中国著名数学家熊庆来之子）收藏。
遵循“师法自然”创作理念，致力乡土田园题材创作。潜心探索中国传统艺术与西方技法融合之途径，独创“斑皴工笔画”技法。 作品意境幽雅，具有独特质感和审美情趣以及鲜明艺术风格。
美术作品曾被中国工笔画学会两度评为优秀作品并入选“当代百名中国工笔画家提名展”。作品《天籁》在北京传是国际拍卖有限责任公司“十周年秋季专场拍卖会”中以高价拍卖成交；作品曾应邀参加首届、三届、四届“澳大利亚全国美术作品邀请展”。首届参展作品《故乡月》被认购收藏。 作品《虎啸迎春》入选美国艺术家协会“2022迎新春海内外名家作品邀请展”
苦心孤诣研习汉隶近四十载，深得其中三昧。独家创意“瞭悟禅书”和“浮塑硬笔书法”。作品熔篆隶神韵；集禅佛理念；蕴美学内涵，具有古拙遒逸、精致端匀特征。书法作品《岳阳楼记》曾获全国书画大赛金奖；《登泰山记》获全国书画家作品邀请展铜奖；《屈原.离骚》和《韩愈.马说》入选2020年第四届新国际艺术联展；《史记•孔子世家》获2020年“首届全国新文人吟诗大会暨中国书画名家作品大赛”金奖，并荣获“全国十佳艺术家”荣誉称号。
